Considering how much attention she’s received, it is not often that an individual might see Sarah Palin booed. However, booed she appeared to be on “Dancing with the Stars”. At least, it seemed to happen, as it could have very easily been something else. Palin had good reason to be there. Bristol Palin is one of the super star dancers. Bristol Palin isn’t off to a horrible start either, although she is in the middle of the pack.
It was not Palin booed
Bristol Palin being on “Dancing with the Stars” means that Palin is going to show up. During the show, a loud round of booing started following the judges critiqued the routine from Jennifer Grey, as outlined by USA Today. As the booing began, the camera panned down to the panel of judges, and there sat the former vice presidential runner-up. Even Tom Bergeron, one of the show’s judges, said the boos were not for Palin. He insisted, when he was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel’s show, the boos were from the score the panel gave Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough. Besides, a person would have to have really viewed the show to know she wasn’t booed at all. In fact, she was applauded.

Bristol Palin actually did quite well. She scored a 22. So far, Bristol has been solidly in the middle, so she is safe for now. Individuals who would have rather someone turned on Slayer than Michael Bolton in the 80s are getting their wish. Bolton, according to the Los Angeles Times, scored a 12. Bolton is doubtless to receive the large ugly axe next. The former professional athletes are doing very well, as might be expected. Rick Fox and Kurt Warner both got ratings of 21. The next to get the boot will be Florence Henderson, “The Situation,” and Margaret Cho.
So far so good
This hasn’t been the worst season so far. It ought to be entertaining. Having Bristol Palin, a media sensation since it was announced that she was pregnant though numerous pregnancies go unreported on, certainly helps ratings. That said, there is a huge draw for this show. The draw is that “Baby” from “Dirty Dancing” is a contestant. Seems like Jennifer Grey has her dance skills still from filming that legendary role.
